A. What is this policy?

This Privacy and Cookies Policy is intended to provide you with an understanding of the issues relating to the acquisition and processing of your personal data that we acquire in connection with your use of the website www.redconst.pl After reading this policy, you will also learn how you can exercise your rights to delete, correct and access your data.

C. What data do we collect if you use our website?

During your visit to www.redconst.pl:

  1. The server automatically saves so-called system logs. These are anonymous information such as: the time of the user's visit, IP address, URL, information about the user's browser, etc. The system logs collected in this way are stored for an indefinite period of time as support material for the administration of the website and for the purpose of analysing the operation of the IT system, e.g. compiling statistics, detecting attempted intrusions into the system and the manner in which they were carried out, and detecting any errors or malfunctions of the running software. The above logs are only disclosed to persons authorised to administer the server and the above website.
  2. Anonymous data on visited pages such as number of visits, country, browser, time of visit, etc. are recorded.

D. Cookies:

  1. The website www.redconst.pl uses ‘cookies’. These are pieces of information consisting of a series of letters and numbers which the aforementioned website transfers to the hard drive of your computer (smartphone, tablet) and stores them there. They identify the user's browser and improve the operation of the website, which is an undoubted benefit for the user. Their effect is primarily to remember the user's preferences when they return to the website. In addition, they also favour the production of anonymous statistics on website visits.
  2. It is not possible for any third party to determine (identify) a specific user in terms of his or her identity on the basis of the cookies we use - they do not contain information that could allow this.

However, if you do so, it is possible that the website may not function properly or that you may not be able to use some of its functionalities.
  5. The website www.redconst.pl uses the following ‘cookies’: ‘session’ (session cookies) and “permanent” (persistent cookies). ‘Session’ cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's terminal equipment until the User logs out, leaves the website or switches off the software (web browser). ‘Persistent’ cookies are stored on the User's terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.

E. Contact form and e-book:

In addition, when you complete the contact form from www.redconst.pl, we obtain the following data from you:

c) telephone number.

We receive the above data when submitting the contact form from www.redconst.pl.

(2) However, in order to obtain a free e-book, we collect the following personal data via our website www.redconst.pl:
(a) your name,
b) e-mail address.

G. For what purpose and on what basis do we collect data?

The data referred to in:

  1. Points C and D above - we collect based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA), which is to improve the functioning of our website www.redconst.pl and to improve its functionality, as well as to detect possible abuse and bots. We collect the above data precisely in order to improve the functioning of our website www.redconst.pl and to continuously improve its functionality, as well as to detect possible abuse and bots.
  2. Letter F - we collect in order to respond to an enquiry sent via the contact form and with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA) and, where a contract is involved, in order to conclude or perform that contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA).
H. Until when do we store data?

We store the data collected from you:

  1. Until the end of your use of the services provided via www.redconst.pl (concerning the data referred to in point G(1))
  2. Until you withdraw your consent (for data referred to under G(1) and for data referred to under G(2) which are collected on the basis of your consent and for the purpose of answering your request)
  3. Until the performance of the contract, and until the statute of limitations for claims arising therefrom (concerning those data referred to in point G(2) which are collected for the purpose of concluding or performing the contract).
I. What rights do you have?

You have the following rights:

  1. the right to access the content of your data,
  2. the right to rectify, amend, restrict their processing by data that are unnecessary for the purpose of the processing set out in this ‘Privacy and Cookies Policy’,
  3. the right to data portability,
  4. The right to delete data that is unnecessary for the purpose of the processing as defined in this ‘Privacy and Cookies Policy’.

In order to exercise the above rights, you may contact the controller at the contact details provided above.

In addition, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the law.

J. Additional information about the data provided to us:

  1. The provision of the data referred to above to us is voluntary.
  2. Your personal data provided to us is not shared with other parties for marketing purposes unless you have given your consent.
  3. The information collected, which does not identify a specific person, the Administrator may share with the public and with partners such as publishers, advertisers.
  4. By using the services of the website www.redconst.pl, you accept this ‘Privacy and Cookies Policy’. In the absence of its acceptance, please refrain from using the aforementioned website.
  5. By providing personal data via the contact form, or for the purpose of obtaining an e-book, you thereby also consent to their transfer, storage and processing (in accordance with applicable regulations) by the Administrator.
  6. Communication between your computer and the Administrator's hosted server is encrypted using an appropriate secure protocol. In addition, the Administrator's databases are protected from being accessed by third parties.
