Development of technology for autonomous modular touchless car wash, using dedicated technology for wastewater treatment and low-emission washing techniques and renewable energy sources”, implemented in accordance with grant agreement no POIR.01.01.01-00-0636/21-00

The subject of the project is to carry out research and development work aimed at developing a prototype of stand-alone touchless car washes together with a dedicated technology for wastewater treatment. Implementation of the project will provide direct recipients of the project result, a high-quality product in the form of a standalone touchless car wash, and customers of the car wash (indirect recipients) with high-quality services. The developed solution will be ecological – renewable energy sources will be used to power the device. The washing process will repeatedly use purified water, and the supply of tanks will be done through rainwater and a substituted tanker – in the absence of a connection to the installation. Thanks to the development of innovative modular treatment plant technology, it will be possible to reuse part of the water in the washing process. In addition, the design of the prototype will include solutions to significantly reduce power consumption. Dedicated biotechnology for wastewater treatment will be based on microbial consortia produced within the project, which will ensure the neutralization of wastewater. As a result, the developed prototype of the car wash will be characterized by autonomy with regard to water and wastewater management, and will be fully mobile (not permanently tied to the ground).
